Bass Guitar is my passion, and I enjoy it very much. I plan to start a rock band with my friends, with me being the bassist. Here are some idols that inspired me to play bass. Other idols were my dad and his roommate, and my uncle Lance, but he plays lead. Without them, I would never have touched a Bass.
Cliff Williams, who plays bass for AC/DC.
Cliff Burton, who played bass for Metallica.
Duff McKagan, who played bass for Guns n' Roses.
Flea, who plays bass for The Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Les Claypool, who plays bass for Primus. He is also the lead singer for Primus.
Timmy Commerford, who plays bass for Rage Against The Machine.

My son, Robert, plays guitar & bass as well.
He teaches guitar! :D
He has been in bands when he was at school, then he did his Diploma in Music plus Technical stuff as well and can do all the recording, producing and editing too. Good luck with your passion!!! Music was always Robs passion as well! :D
